Using the Library

Students studying a summer short or bespoke course at Arts University Bournemouth can join the Library for the duration of the course. Membership is open to students over 18. For students under 18 items can be borrowed via a tutor. 

You will be asked to complete a membership form and provide the following: 

• Proof of address
• Photo ID

Borrowing entitlement: Up to 4 standard loan books and 1 DVD for 1 week. You can renew once. 

Pre-sessional course students will be issued with a University ID card at the beginning of the course. This is your Library card.

There is no need to complete a membership form as all the information required is taken at enrolment.
