Using the Library

The Library has a variety of facilities to support your studies. This includes:

  • Study spaces: large and small tables, an adjustable height desk, soft seating, a silent reading room, reading nooks and benching so that  you can find a space suitable for your study style or mood.
    • Please note the silent reading room has a limited capacity and the door needs to be left open at all times.
  • Printer corral: printers / photocopiers, staplers, hole punch, cutting mats and guillotines.
  • Water dispenser. You will need to bring your own bottle to use this.
  • Toilets on the ground floor for all, disabled toilets on both the ground and first floor.
  • Lift: please ask if you need help to use this.

Artworks and exhibitions

Like the University, the Library is a creative space, and we have permanent and temporary exhibitions in the Library.
