Membership is open to former students who live in the local area and are not currently studying at another University. There is no charge for this. Please fill out the form below or contact library@aub.ac.uk for a membership form.
Library staff are available 8.30am to 5pm on weekdays to answer questions. The Library is staffed by Security during evenings and weekends and we operate self-service during these hours.
In addition to completing the membership form you will also need to provide the following:
- Proof of connection to Arts University Bournemouth (formerly BPCAD, AIB and AUCB) e.g. certificate, written confirmation from tutor or equivalent.
- Proof of address
- Photo ID
Membership is reviewed annually on the anniversary of joining.
Borrowing entitlement: 4 standard loan books for 2 weeks with 2 renewals. Licensing restrictions mean that we cannot provide access to online subscription content for alumni.
