IT support

  • Basic IT and photocopying support: Library staff can ask you some initial questions to see if there is a simple solution to your IT or copying question. 
  • For problems with Library IT: (Library catalogue, PINs, self issue machines, Lapsafe and Online Library resources) please speak to Library staff, outside opening hours e-mail 
  • Software support: AUB subscribes to LinkedIn Learning which provides extensive training on a wide range of software and social media applications. Courses range from a basic introduction to advanced level courses. Click here for access
  • IT support: The Digital Services (DS) section provides a Servicedesk facility for IT enquiries and fault notification. For more information please have a look at the help section on MyAUB or the information on the Intranet. Click here for information. This service is open 8.30-5 Monday to Thursday, 8.30-4.30 on Fridays. During the evenings and Saturdays the Library staff member can unlock computer accounts, reset passwords and recredit your print balance if you have problems.
