Wellbeing Support

Wellbeing Drop-In Sessions
The Wellbeing team are here to promote the wellbeing of all students and to provide particular support to those with mental health difficulties. If you are concerned about your own wellbeing or the wellbeing of a fellow student, you can discuss your worries confidentially. Monday-Friday face to face or online.

  • Face to face drop in 10:00am -14:00pm at the student services reception.
  • Online drop in 10:00am –16:00pm via AUB’s online booking system.

University Retreat
University Retreat is a mental health drop-in service for students from Arts University Bournemouth and Bournemouth University. Monday to Saturday from 14:00 until 20:30. You can find it in the Tolpuddle Annex 2, on the edge of the BU campus next to Fusion building.
